11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

“We count them happy which endure.” In our Christian life there are many hills and mountains we must climb, many deep and at times dark valleys we must pass through, many obstacles along the way and while some falter and fall away the Bible states “ We count them happy which endure.” With all that took place in the life of Job that man kept going forward in the Lord, never walked away, never quit on the Lord. None of us what to go through what Job did but he is one of the examples that God holds up of faithfulness in the midst of great trials. (Job 1:20-22 Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped, 21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord. 22 In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.) Job was happy and rewarded in the end of his life because he endured.
