Our Pastor

As Pastor of the Cherry Corner Bible Church I would like to extend an invitation for you to come and worship with us. I was saved when I was 10 years old in the living room of our family home with my mother by my side. I was born into what would be called a Christian home and had been in church my entire life. But it was not until the age of 10 that I finally realized that I was a sinner bound for hell and that Jesus Christ died just for me on the cross. It was a cold December day that I finally repented of my sin and asked Jesus Christ to save me. That day Christ warmed my heart and washed my sin away with His precious blood. When I was 12 years of age I gave my life to Jesus Christ for service at a summer Bible camp. As vivid as I remember getting saved I remember turning my life over to Christ for service. In 1980 I married my wife Dena and in 1983 God called me into the ministry. In December of 1984 I was called to be the pastor of the Cherry Corner Bible Church. I am a graduate of the Bible Truth Institute with a degree in Pastoral Theology. My wife and I have two children, Rebecca (Married to Stephen McCracken) and Philip (Married to Eileen Geisler). We have also been blessed with three grandsons and a granddaughter. Stephen and Becky have two boys, Benjamin and Noah and a  girl named Josey.  Philip and Eileen have a daughter Kimber and a son Chester. God has truly blessed us!
