11 My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined.
12 Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.
KJV
Does our God really know the way that we take? Does our God really walk with us through the trials and dark valleys of this life? Will our God really sustain us and strengthen us in times of trouble and testing? Is His Word more important that our necessary food? If the answer to any of the above question is no then we have no real hope in this world today. But our God is and does all those things above and beyond what we could ever ask or think and that according to His pure and perfect word. I was driving yesterday morning not long after the breaking of the day and as I drove I looked off to my right and saw one of the most beautiful rainbows that I have ever seen. The more miles I drove the more that rainbow became visible each time the road turned to the right and it reminded me over and over that our God never changes and His promises are sure and true. My God knew the road I was on and He also knew I needed to see that rainbow in the sky. His commandments truly are better than our necessary food.
