2 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.
3 But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the Lord will hear when I call unto him.

I made two phone calls yesterday that went unanswered even though I was assured the business was open and someone would soon take my call. That can become very frustrating as everyone knows and I will try and make those same phone calls today in hope of getting better results. That never happens when I call upon my Lord and Savior as He always hears and answers my calls no matter how many times or how often I call out to Him. David repeats that great truth many times in the book of Psalms as that man of God knew distress in his life and the only one who could help him or enlarge him was the Lord. What makes that all the more meaningful is that those words ring true in the life of every born again child of God today. I am so thankful that when I call out my God hears and answers right away.
