Daily Devotions

Ps 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Prov 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Praying for one of our church family this morning undergoing a very serious operation knowing they are kept securely in the hands of our dear Lord. It seems that there are so many today who are ill, who are facing physical troubles and trials, who find heartache around every corner and some have graduated to heaven. Where does one turn to find real comfort and peace, to get wisdom and understanding in these last days? To the one who is directing our path, who keeps us from falling, whose ways are higher than our ways, and to the one who deserves our trust. We turn today as always to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ knowing that He does all things well. If Jesus loved us enough to give His life and shed His blood for us then He loves us enough to carry us through every trouble and trial we will ever face in this life.
