John 17:21-22
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
KJV
There are many things in the Christian life that are the believers in Christ possession at this present time, but we also wait for their fulfillment. One of those things seen in verse 22 above. There may not seem to be much glory given to the believer in Christ in this present world, especially in the world we live in today. All of society fights against the Christian, the government fights against the Christian, Satan fights against the Christian. Where is the glory? The glory is in having Jesus Christ within, the glory is in being granted the privilege of prayer, the gory is in hearing from God on a daily basis, the glory is in having the Holy Spirit to guide us. There is much glory that is hidden from the world. The glory that is hidden now will someday, someday soon I hope, be revealed for all to see. We have much glory now even if it is not seen.
