Ps 98:1-4
O sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
2 The Lord hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.

There is reason to make a joyful noise unto the Lord for there is always victory in the Lord. God is never on the losing side and when we stand with Him, when we walk with Him we are always found on the winning side. It may seem dear friend that Satan has the upper hand, it may seem at times the battle lost, but that is just our flesh talking, that is just our doubt and fear taking over. In His holy arm there is victory. (verse 1) That is not a sometimes thing, it is an always thing. In those darkest hours of battle, in the dark night, we have only to trust in his holy arm and know for sure that morning is coming, know for sure that victory is ours in Christ.
