Daily Devotions

Ps 38:21-22
21 Forsake me not, O Lord: O my God, be not far from me.
22 Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.

We know that the Lord hears our prayers, devotional yesterday, how quickly does God then move when we cry out to Him? Right away! (Verse 22) That does not mean we will receive everything we ask for in the way that we ask for it, but it does mean God moves on our behalf. There are things that even the most mature Christian asks for that are not in his or her best interest and at times those things may be held back at last for a time. There are times when even the most mature Christian asks for things that are outside the will of God and those things will be held back. But be sure God does hear and God is moved by our prayers. What a blessing to know that today our prayers will move the hand of God.
