August 7th, 2017 by Pastor SolleyEx 14:19-20 And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
20 And it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.

Our camp begins this morning and continues through Saturday morning. I will give an update each day Lord willing. We expect 42 campers today and pray all will arrive on time and safely. I ask for prayer for the week and for the Holy Spirit to do a work in our camp. There have been some obstacles set in the way that we will have to overcome. One of our regular workers will be having surgery this week, another started a new job and cannot be with us. One of our young people is in the hospital and needs our prayers. There are some other illnesses that have come up with people who serve in the camp. Today we have rain. I look at these things and know Satan is working against the camp, but that excites me because I know if Satan is working hard before we begin that God is going to do a mighty work. Pray for traveling mercies today, for a good spirit to abound in the camp, for the campers to settle in and get acquainted, and for the Holy Spirit to give our evangelist an open door to what he is to bring and open hearts to receive the Word of God. First chapel is tonight at 7:00PM and is open to the public.
