crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
Luke 24:1-6 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,

I will say goodbye to a dear friend today and it will be made easier because of Calvary and the empty tomb. Calvary, the word, is found only one time in the Bible but that is not the only time the life that was offered at Calvary is offered to men and women. When Jesus Christ gave His life a sacrifice on Calvary it was for all men and women of all ages. Salvation is freely offered to all at Calvary. No one will die and go to hell because they had no opportunity to go to heaven, because they had no choice in the matter. God has given man a free will and he can freely receive God’s offer of salvation in Jesus Chris, or he can freely reject Christ. So thankful that for the one we say goodbye to today that he received Jesus Christ as his personal savior. How sad though that thousands of people today will die without Jesus Christ in their life. Have you received what is being offered to you?
