And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

What are we waiting for? Some people are waiting for spring, some people have been waiting for snow this winter, some are waiting for special days or events, most people are waiting for something. As Christians we should have something in common when we think of what we are waiting for, we wait for the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. Specifically we wait today for the rapture of the church which is the first part of His Second Coming when Jesus meets us in the air to take us out of this troubled world. Is this something you long for, groan for, wait for with great anticipation? It should be. When we are young in age we may think of the rapture of something far off and plan lives to live in this world and I think nothing wrong with that, but as we grow older we look at things differently and we begin to long for the return of the Lord, even groan for it if you would. I think of the heartaches in this world, the troubles with health and other things and I just pray that Jesus would call us out today. That is common, or it should be as believers, to set our sights on heaven and long to be there. The time is coming close my friend, all other Bible prophecy has been fulfilled, the next event is the rapture. If God has been faithful in everything else He will be faithful in this as well. Then we will know it has been worth it all.
