Rom 8:1-4 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
KJV
The Bible perversions of our day take out the last 10 words of verse one, they end the verse with the words Christ Jesus. There is no condemnation to those who are in Christ, that is a true statement, but why take out the last 10 words? Does that make the Bible easier to read and understand? Why take those words out? Because the liberal mind and the liberal thinking person does not want to be responsible for anything before God. There is no condemnation to those in Christ, but those in Christ are then to have a right walk before Him. Saved by the mercy and grace of God the Father and the sacrifice and shed blood of Jesus Christ we are no longer to walk after the flesh, we are now to walk after the Spirit. This illustrates the easy way of salvation of our day, a false salvation. Just say a [prayer, or even have someone else say it for you, you are now saved, go and live any way you like, continue in the sin which you enjoy. That is not Bible salvation my friend. The Bible teaches we are not to continue in the flesh, but now walk in the Spirit. We are to walk free from the sin we walked in before, we are now to show the righteousness of Christ in us by the way we live. Removing 10 words from verse one above changes an entire theology. Don’t tamper or change the Word of God.
