June 9th, 2016 by Pastor SolleyPs 126 When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
3 The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
4 Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south.
5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

Some people, Christians included tend to think of the dark side of everything. Talk to them and all they want to tell you about is all their problems all of the time. There is this trial, this sickness, this family problem, this work situation, this is wrong, that is wrong, all they want to talk about is their troubles. The problem with that and them is that they never see the Lord working in and around them, all they see is their troubles. Friend, we all have troubles and worries, without exception we all have problems. Instead of our focus being on the problem it needs to be on the solution, it needs to be on the Lord. (Verse 3) Even in the midst of our trials if we just focus on the Lord we will begin to see the great things He is doing. I know an individual who is having answered prayer in many areas of their life but they just can’t see it because they are looking at the problems and not at how God is working. Try praising instead of complaining, thanking God instead of questioning God. (Verses 2 – 3) Then we can see our tears turned into joy.
