Prov 29:1-2 He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.
2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

After the tragedy in VA yesterday our President stated that this was an excellent time to revisit gun violence and how we can stop it in our nation. I think it an excellent time to consider the spiritual state of our nation. The Bible tells us that when the wicked are in power the people mourn. From top to bottom the leadership in our nation is anything but righteous. Two innocent people were brutally murdered for all to see yesterday and it was terrible. In the same day thousands of innocent babies were murdered in the womb and nothing is said out it. Isn’t it time we revisit the wrong in abortion and stop it? State after state is making it legal to purchase and sell drugs which is leading to more and more accidents and deaths. Isn’t it time we revisit the wrong in that and stop it? Our President should care about the two who died in VA and we should mourn for them and pray for their families. But our leaders had taken this nation deep into sin with their laws and views and it is the wickedness in high places that is ruining this nation. We need to revisit that.
