1 Thess 2:19-20 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming?
20 For ye are our glory and joy.

The Bible also speaks of a crown of rejoicing or the soul winners crown. The Apostle was looking to a time in the future when he would stand in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ with those the Holy Spirit of God has used him to being to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul never saved anyone, no man can, only Jesus saves. Paul could never make any man get saved, no man can, only the Holy Spirit of God can bring one to true salvation. Praise God that God wants all to be saved, Jesus draws all to Him, and the Holy Spirit convicts all to get saved. That much being said God then allows the born again believer in Christ to be used as a tool by the Holy Spirit in bringing others to Christ. That is why we pray for the lost, hand out gospel tracts, witness, invite others out to church, preach the gospel and support missions, God allows us to have a part in the salvation of others. I have witnessed some wonderful and beautiful things in my life but nothing compares to seeing a lost soul come to Jesus Christ. We need to thank the Lord for allowing us a part in seeing others get saved and we need to strive to win this crown.
