Matt 24:9-14 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Ready for the return of our Lord. If that is true of us there are certain things that will be true of us a we have been looking at this week. In our text this morning we see some things that will end this little study.
We must be ready to be offended. (Verse 10) As sin increases and love waxes cold the children of God become a target for unbelief, and even for believers who do not wish to walk in the light. Be ready to be offended.
We must be discerning in these days more than any other. (Verse 11) Many false prophets are out there and they can deceive. God’s people must be discerning and must be warned as well.
We must witness to the lost. (Verse 14) We are not to preach the kingdom gospel, that was for the past and will be for the tribulation. But we must witness to the lost. The best time to be saved is right now, this is the day of salvation, and we must tell the lost the gospel of Jesus Christ. These things mark us as being ready for the return of Jesus Christ, do these thing mark you today?
