Ps 119:24-28 Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.
25 My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
26 I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
27 Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
28 My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

When our soul is heavy, when se seem as dust, what do we do, where can we turn? The only answer to the problems and worries of this life are found in the Word of God and in the our wonderful God. We most likely will not understand all the twists and turns of life while we are living them, but we find strength for the day, understanding for the hour, when we trust in the Lord. Christian, we need to flee to His Word in the hour of trouble, we need to trust in his care, we need to be comforted by His Spirit. There are two times when the Holy Spirit can most clearly speak to us, comfort us, when we are in prayer, and when we are in his Word. His Word will lighten your load.
