Ps 119:169-172 Let my cry come near before thee, O Lord: give me understanding according to thy word. 170 Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word. 171 My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes. 172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.

What of when things are not going our way, when we can’t understand why things have gone the way they have, when we just cannot get a grasp of what God is doing, allowing, or of what is happening around us? We turn again to His Word (Verse 169) Understanding will not be found in questioning God, or in blaming God, understanding can only be found in His Word. In His Word we find that His ways are higher than our ways, in His Word we find that He does all things well, in His Word we find that He knows the beginning from the end, and only in His Word we will find understanding. Only in His Word will we find deliverance. (Verse 170) Instead of blaming God, or questioning God, flee to His Word and seek understanding from God. According to his Word you can find it there.
