John 17:15-17 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Another presidential debate last night and more of the same for those who have watched them in the past. One pointing out how the other has failed and how he will succeed, the other pointing out that he has succeeded and the other will fail, both never getting to the truth of the matter. The only thing that will save this country is a return to the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that it was founded upon, and neither candidate can lead in that direction. Both claim to be Christian but follow false religions. We do not all serve the same God, not all roads lead to heaven. There is only one source of truth and only one truth that will save, the gospel and person of the Lord Jesus Christ. His Word is truth and His Word alone and how refreshing it would be for just one of the leaders of this nation to realize that. I am not saying that there are no truth Christians in Washington, but I am saying that there are none who are willing to stand up for the true God, stand up for Jesus Christ, stand up for His Word. If just one would stand on truth, the truth of the Bible, what a difference that would make in this nation.
