Another very good day yesterday at camp. The evangelist spoke last evening on our commitment to the Lord, our loyalty and love for the Lord Jesus Christ. In the morning chapels he has been speaking on David’s mighty men. It is a real blessing to see the Lord working through the week in the campers. One young camper did not say one word all day on Monday and most of Tuesday, very withdrawn. Now he has opened up, working with his counselors, doing Bible memory work, taking part in everything, just growing in a few days in the Lord. Young people have been saved, young people are growing, this is why we have camp. Even today as the rain falls outside and our activities will change we know the Lord will give showers of blessings as He has on our camp. Please pray for this last day. There have been no injuries, no illness, no division even though we know that Satan is working to bring all this to pass our God has protected. Every year I think on Thursday, “Just one more day Lord, just one more day to get us through in You”. Pray for God’s protection once again today and for one more soul to get saved.
