We can be confident in Christ to be our GPS through life. You see them in most cars today, that GPS mounted on the dash or stuck on the windshield. I have become dependent upon mine to the point I almost never look at a map when going to a new place and seldom even have a map in the car. Put in the address and it takes you there. As Christians we have a GPS, we have the Lord Jesus Christ and the Bible. According to Psalm 119:105 His Word is a “Lamp unto my feet, and light unto my path”. God’s Word will show me the way I need to go and give light for the journey. According to Acts 13:2 the Holy Spirit will reveal the places “Whereunto I have called them”. You see we have a built in GPS as a Christian. We have the Holy Spirit within and we have the Word of God before us. All we need to do is follow. One thing, about the only time I get lost in my travels anymore is when I don’t listen to the GPS. As long as I listen to direction I am on the right way. The same thing spiritually, about the only time I get in trouble is when I don’t listen to the Lord.
