Daily Devotions

Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life;
And he that winneth souls is wise.

The Bible tells us in quite a few places in the book of Proverbs who or what a fool is. But we do find as well what a wise person is. One that wins souls for Christ is wise. As Christians we ought to be doing all we can by the power of the Spirit of God to turn the lost to Jesus Christ. This we are commanded to do in the “Great Commissions”. Jesus said that the fields are white with harvest. Millions who need to hear of Jesus Christ are waiting to be told. Who will tell them? The wise man will tell them. Wise because we are obeying the command of Jesus. Wise because we have a vision of spiritual things. Wise because we are laying up rewards in heaven. Wise because the Bible says we are wise. What will you allow the Spirit of God to do through you today that will show you to be wise before God?
