John 3:14-17
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

What a blessed truth we find in John 3:16, that whosoever can have everlasting life. The Greek word translated whosoever is the word “PAS”. In other places it is translated “All”, and “Everyone” indicating an all inclusiveness. It is the same word in Rom 3:23 “For all have sinned…” It not only points out that all men have sinned and need salvation but that all can be saved. The very same God that is holy and righteous and is separated from all men because of sin sent a savior for all men. John 3:16 is a mot reasonable verse in that it stands to reason that if God judged all men the same because of sin that God is willing to save all men because of Jesus Christ. God has a “Just balance” for all. What a wonderful word “PAS” is, what a wonderful word “Whosoever” is.
