Ps 119:1-9119:1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
4 Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
5 O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
7 I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
8 I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

What a wonderful Psalm the 119th. Verse after verse it gives us something about the Word of God. I think we often take God’s Word for granted today, often take it lightly, often ignore the Word of God. It was not so in ages past. Men and women clung to the Word of God. It was the book they heard when going to bed, what they learned to read from and what they lived by. God’s Word was a treasure to me. We have let that go today. More time spent watching TV, listening to the wrong type of music and reading things we ought not than reading and heed in=he Word of God. And what condition is the world in, are men in today because of that? One thing for sure, we know God will honor His Word. If God will honor and keep His Word then why not us? Indeed why not us?
