2 Chron 7:14-1614 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
If we want this nation to get back to biblical principals, get back to being a Godly nation, get back to being a Christian nation there is something we can do about it. We can get back to being what we should be before God as individuals. We can humble ourselves before God, we can pray, we can seek His face. Where do we do that and how? We do it on our knees in our prayer closet and we do it in the house of God. We can turn from our own wicked ways. Yes we can count the sins of the nation but how often do we count our own? We can by the grace of God attempt to be right with God. Only when the people are right with God can the nation be right with God. Yes I know the Christian is in the minority in this country. But the Christian who is completely right with God is also a minority in the church. What if we would be what we know we should be? What then would happen in America?
