Daily Devotions

January 19th, 2010 by Pastor Solley

Readers; Sorry about no devotion yesterday. Was up and gone by 4:00AM to make a visit in a hospital. The same thing will happen on Monday next week as well.Song 3:1-3
3:1 By night on my bed I sought him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
2 I will rise now, and go about the city in the streets, and in the broad ways I will seek him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
3 The watchmen that go about the city found me: to whom I said, Saw ye him whom my soul loveth?

Have you lost the feeling of the presence of Christ in your life? Do you fell as if something is lacking? Are you searching for the one your soul longs for? Where you lost Him will determine where you will find Him.
Have you lost Him in prayer? Then pray dear one pray.
Have you lost Him in the Word? Then read dear one read.
Have you lost Him in disobedience? Then obey His Words.
Have you lost Him in Godly living? Then live for Christ.
It is true that we often feel as if we have lost the presence of Christ. When that happens return to the place you lost Him, He is there waiting for you.
