Daily Devotions

1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Who cares for you today? I can make a list of those who care for and about me this morning beginning in my home and then extending outward, to extended family and then our church family. I know they care because of their actions. But no one cares for you or me like Jesus does. “He careth for you.” Those should be words you rehearse often, repeat them over and over, hold onto them and claim them in your hour of need. “He careth for you.” Not only that but He commands you cast all of your care, every need, every question, every worry, every doubt and fear upon Him for “He careth for you.” Don’t be so self reliant that you look beyond the one that cares for you the most.
