Ps 92:1-4 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:
2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night,
3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
4 For thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

Has the Lord made you glad today through His work in you? Very often in this life we can become discouraged and distressed as things are not going the way we want or planned. But we can always find gladness in the wonderful works of God in our lives through Christ Jesus our Lord. Are you born again today, have you been forgiven of sin, are you washed in the blood of the Lamb, do you have a home in heaven? Then be glad in the work of the Lord. Have you had prayers answered in the past, miracles in your life because you prayed, God heard and answered? Then be glad on the work of the Lord. Are you able to stand today, to walk, to care for yourself? Then be glad in the work of the Lord. If the latter of not true has God given you a wife or husband who loves and will take care of you? Then be glad in the work of the Lord. It is true that is is easy to become discouraged and distressed in this world today and it is also true that we can be glad in the Lord if we just stop and count our blessings.
