Heb 10:23-25 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
KJV
I often wonder about the “So much the more” in this verse and what many think it means. Today as we stand near the end of the age of grace, as we stand in a day of trouble, in perilous times, in a time of wars and rumors of wars, in a day when those who try and do good are despised, in a day when people are fierce and filled with lies and deceit, at the very footstep of the days of Noah, why many think we need less church and not more as the Bible says? Families are falling apart and many decide they need less church and not more. Lives are shattered and they decide they need less church and not more. People have trials they know they cannot overcome on their own and they decide they need less church and not more. Sickness strikes and people decide they need less church and not more. Is at those very times when we need more church and not less. I often wonder about the “So much the more” in this verse and what many think it means.
