Daily Devotions

Gen 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
Ps 74:16-17 The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.
17 Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.

Because I was not feeling well at the beginning of the week I am now having trouble with the days of the week at the end. Was sure yesterday was Friday so today must be Saturday and throughout this day I may make the same mistake over and over again. I even awoke in the middle of the night and knew I had to get something done, it is Saturday morning and I am running behind. I am so thankful that our God keeps everything in order all of the time. It is winter, it is cold, today is Friday because God set those things in order and our God is never out of order. Nothing ever interrupts God’s schedule, nothing ever take God by surprise, God is never late, God is always on time because God is never out of order and is always in control. When we place faith and trust in Jesus for salvation and then allow Him to lead and govern our lives we will find that perfect order that comes only from our God. One good thing about the confusion, some things I had to get done today were taken care of yesterday.
