John 4:34-35 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

There are many passages in the Bible that one can turn to that point toward the end of this age. Verses of violence, of sin increasing, of apostasy, of wars and rumors of wars, of diseases, and so on. But even as we might consider those we should look at the truth presented to us in verse thirty five above. There is still a harvest of souls waiting to hear the gospel message and stand with sin washed away by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Even as we draw near to the sound of the trumpet the harvest grows and we should pray for souls to be saved. Who will be placed in you path today that needs to hear the gospel, needs to be given a gospel tract, is part of the harvest ready to be brought in?
