Jer 31:1-3 At the same time, saith the Lord, Will I be the God of all the families of Israel, And they shall be my people. 2? Thus saith the Lord, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; Even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest. 3? The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying,Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love:

On this Valentine’s Day I am reminded of the greatest love in the history of the world, the love of Jesus, the love of God. God has stated His love for Israel as an everlasting love. How much greater His love for you and me? How can that love be greater than everlasting? Look to the cross my friend, look to the cross. Jesus Jesus beaten and battered on His way to Calvary, see the blood flowing from His wounds, see Him on that cross looking down through the ages at you and me. See Jesus giving His very life for you. See the love of Jesus Christ through the cross. See Him standing at the right hand of the Father today making intercession for us, see Him answer the accusations of Satan against us, see Him waiting to welcome us one day to heaven. Happy Valentine’s Day.
