Ps 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Ps 53:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
KJV
Today is April Fools Day, the first day of April and I have played many April Fools Day jokes over the years and have had many played on me as well. But there is one kind of fool I have never been and I praise and thank my Savior for that as I have never said in my heart that there is no God. There could be no greater fool than the one that denies God except perhaps for the one who knows about God, knows about Jesus, knows about sin, knows about the cross and the shed blood, knows about hell and still rejects the salvation offered by the Lord Jesus Christ. There is such a fool pointed out in the book of Acts. (Acts 26:27-28 King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest. 28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.) That man has found the end of the fool, hell, and he will spend all eternity in the torments of a real hell. Don’t play the fool today when it comes to heaven and hell, when it comes to repenting of sin or remaining in sin, when it comes to receiving or rejecting Jesus Christ. Every fool that has ever denied or rejected Christ and has died has found out they really were a fool. I thank Jesus for saving me over fifty years ago.
