Prov 17:17 A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
2 Cor 7:6 Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;

How many are the blessings of having a good friend, one that brings comfort when they are seen coming? That is what the Bible is speaking about above, a good, Godly friend, one that will be there when there is troubling times, one who can give comfort. Paul had such a friend in Titus. How many are the times you determine to be that type of friend? Surely there is one you can pray for today, one you can be a help to, one you may be able to comfort with just a spoken word and timely prayer. We all want such a friend, but how many of us determine to be one? One of the problems with our world today is the me first mentality, we always want but we never want to give. Take some time today to be a friend to one in need.
