Ps 117 O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.
2 For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.
KJV
Did you know that Psalm 117 is the shortest chapter in the Bible, just two verses, as well as the middle chapter of the Bible. There are 594 chapters before and 594 chapters after Psalm 117. Short and to the point our lives should be centered on Christ and filled with praise for our Lord Jesus Christ. The center of our life should be Christ and that life filled with praise for Him because of His mercy and kindness to us. There are many trials we will go through in this world but they are far outweighed by the goodness of God extended to us through Jesus Christ. But how often do you praise Him, how often do you thank the Lord for all that has been done for you in your life? How often do you praise and thank the Lord for all that is being done for you right now? And how often do you praise and thank the Lord for what is going to be done for you? It is time to praise the Lord today.
