2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

Did that star, His star, appear only that one time in history? That is a question one of our younger people asked me last evening after church. They asked that question in all sincerity wondering about that star. I had to answer that I am not sure and there are many things in the Bible that we are not sure of. How many wise men were there? We say three because of the three gifts that were brought, but we are not sure how many wise men came to worship the child Jesus. But there are foundational truths in the Bible that we can be very sure of and one in the passage above. Jesus Christ deserves our worship. Jesus is King of all kings, Lord of all lords, the Messiah of Israel and the Savior of the world and Jesus Christ deserves our worship and our praise, that we can be sure of. Will you take time to worship Jesus on Wednesday, will you take time to worship Jesus today? I am more than sure that Jesus is deserving of our worship today.
