Titus 3:4-8 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.

The last occurrence of the phrase faithful saying is in verse eight above. What are we as believers in Christ to affirm? The gospel message of the birth, sinless and perfect life, shed blood and death on the cross, and resurrection from the grave of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. That the kindness, love and grace of God has been extended to all through Jesus Christ. That Jesus and Jesus alone saves, that no work of ours can satisfy the holiness of God. That mercy and grace is there for any and all who will place faith and trust in Jesus Christ for salvation. That is the message that needs to sounded out in this world, that is the message the lost need to hear. That sinful man can be justified in the sight of a Holy God by the blood of Jesus Christ. Are you born again today? If yes, are you sounding out that message? If you are not saved the Savior stands in front of you this morning willing and able to save you.
