“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.”
How often do you make this sacrifice? We hear people complaining all the time. It seems like people have nothing at all to be thankful for today. Complaining about the government, about the weather, about inflation, about other people, about anything and everything. But how often do you hear people giving thanks? What do we have to be thankful for? When you hear that be sure that one is so self consumed that they miss all the good things God is doing in their lives. We need to take the time to be thankful and praise God daily even if it seems to take sacrifice on our part.
