Rom 8:35-37 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

There are some words that are found only one time in the Bible and one of those words is found in verse 37 above. It is the word conquerors. The word means to have a decisive victory, to vanquish, to have a victory. But how can we have or be more than a conqueror? To gain a victory, no matter by how great a margin make you the conqueror. How can we be more? To me things bring home the truth of how much we have in the Lord Jesus Christ when we know Him as our personal savior. We have victory over sin, over death, over the grave because we have eternal life in Jesus Christ. And while that is the greatest victory we have so much more when we have Jesus. We can also have victory over worry and fear when we have Jesus Christ. We can have victory over Satan and this world when we have Jesus Christ. We can have victory over every temptation when we have Jesus Christ. We can be and truly are more than conquerors when we have Jesus Christ. Some words are found only one time in the Bible and those words often carry and tremendous truth.
