Gen 1:3-4 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

There is a reoccurring phrase throughout the creation account “It was good”. What God touched, what the Spirit of God moved upon was good. That holds true today as well. What God touches, what the Spirit of God moves upon is good, always good. A life touched by God through the Lord Jesus Christ, a life that the Holy Spirit moves upon is good. It may not always seem that way as we go through this life but God is always good, life is always better with Christ. What today will hold for any of us we do not know. Our lives could change drastically by the end of this very day. But if we are willing to have the hand of God upon us, willing to trust in Christ, willing to follow the leading and moving of the Holy Spirit we can rest assured it will end up good. Without the moving of God in creation past Gen 1:1 all would have remained empty and void, all would have remained in darkness. But God moved and “It was good.” Allow the Lord Jesus Christ into your life today, allow the Holy Spirit to move, allow God to touch you and you will see that “It was good”.
