Job 42:1-3 Then Job answered the Lord, and said,
2 I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee.
3 Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.
KJV
There are some things in this life that we will never have answers for. Job was seeking answers from God and God demanded some answers from Job. What did Job learn from his trials, from his questions and from God’s questions for him? That our God can do anything and has the authority and power to do all tings. That God is wonderful in all His doings beyond what we could ever understand. Some things are just too wonderful for us to fully comprehend. It takes an entire reading of the book of Job to see all of these things that we have attempted to look at this week but one thing we do know for sure is that Job was blessed more in the end than he was in the beginning. (Job 42:12 So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.) Instead of questioning God, demanding answers from God as we go through the storms of life we need just keep close to Him and wait on the Lord. As we stay close to our Savior we will see blessings even in the midst of the storm.
