Heb 12:27-29 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
29 For our God is a consuming fire.
KJV
What do you possess today that cannot be shaken? Most all of the things that I was told to trust in as I was growing up in America have now been shaken to the very core and the foundations being destroyed. A government by the people and for the people now set against the people. A criminal justice system that punished criminals now working for the criminal. A work ethic that was rewarded with money in the bank now set back by inflation, gas prices and higher taxes taking those savings away. What is there that one can have that cannot be shaken? A relationship with God the Father through the Lord Jesus Christ cannot be shaken. Born again through the shed blood of Christ, sins repented of and washed away, a home secure in heaven, these things cannot be shaken. But are you born again? Many have turned to religion and religion cannot save. Many have turned to good works and good intentions but they cannot save. Those things can be shaken. But Jesus cannot be shaken. Today set aside the things that can be shaken and turn to Jesus. Today set you feet on that solid foundation that cannot be shaken.
