Mark 9:17-1917 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;
18 And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.
19 He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.

What wonderful words. “bring him unto me.” How many times do we search for help, look in different directions, get frustrated and want to give up? Why not bring it to Jesus first? The man in this account needed help, his son was being destroyed. The man in this account had faith, he took his son to the disciples. But the man in this account was disappointed. None could help him. Then he heard those words “bring him unto me.” Jesus healed this man’s son, cast the demon out and set him free. How wonderful it is to be set free by Jesus. What is your need today? Are you willing to bring it to Jesus?
