But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:
And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness.
Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years.
And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts.
For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

It is good to know that with all the uncertainties of life, with all the rapid changes we see taking place, that there is one that does not change. There is one whose heart will never alter, one whose love will never diminish, one whose mercy and grace will never end. It is good to know the Lord. Nothing we are seeing today should surprise the born again believer in Christ because we see it all in the Bible. We can turn to the Bible and see the dangerous times we are living in, the turn away from Bible truth, the foundations of faith and freedom shaken, the advance of a satanic agenda, global sickness and unrest, we can see it all foretold in the Bible. How I praise and thank my heavenly Father and Jesus Christ that I have a personal relationship with one who changes not. I listened as our current President tried again to tell me his build back better plane would work while changing his proposals in mid sentence. How I thank my Savior that He does not change and He changes not because He has no need to change. Jesus does all this well. What Jesus said thousands of years ago is still true today and still works today. I want to look this week at some of the things that never change because He never changes. Today think of all the things you can thank Him for because He never changes.
