2 Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.

There are many things that one can and should think of when Jesus is mentioned. Savior, King, Son of God. One may think of His love, His mercy, His grace. He is our redeemer, our friend, our provider, our protector. There are many things one can and should think of when they hear the name Jesus. Above we find that Jesus is faithful. This attribute of the Lord can be overlooked but it never should be. What moved Jesus to come into this world? His faithfulness to the Father. What carried Jesus to the cross? His faithfulness to the Father. What moved Jesus to minister to those who would reject Him? His faithfulness to the Father. That faithfulness of Jesus is why He is faithful to you and I today. What keeps us in His love? His faithfulness. What moves Jesus to answer our prayers? His faithfulness. What keeps Jesus ever by our side? His faithfulness. Consider this question, what if Jesus was only as faithful to you as you are to Him? Praise and thank Jesus today for His faithfulness.
