Ps 91:1-2 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

I am not sure there is a Psalm that fits our life in this world more perfectly as does the ninety first Psalm. No matter the trial, the worry, the circumstance of life that is set before us in our daily lives this Psalm has the answer. Make the Lord your refuge, make Him your fortress, make Him your trust. Like a hen will cover her chicks the Lord will cover and protect you. (Ps 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.) When you stumble and can’t seem to go on He will pick you up. (Ps 91:11-12 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.) When you feel alone He will flood you with His love. (Ps 91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.) When no one understands He does and He is one you can talk to. (Ps 91:15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.) No better Psalm to go through life with than the ninety first.
