November 2nd, 2020 by Pastor Solley1 Tim 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Election day is tomorrow and it is without question the most important election of my lifetime. The very freedoms and foundation of America will be tested tomorrow and many of us have been praying about the outcome. I wonder how many will stop today and thank God for what is going to happen tomorrow beforehand? The Bible says there is to be giving of thanks in verse one above, not for the man of our choosing, but for all men. No matter who is elected to the White House Jesus Christ is still our King and Lord. We as Christians need to keep that in mind. Yes, we should continue to pray that God put in office the one who will fight for the unborn, keep our freedoms and keep America first. But we should also be able today to thank God for what He is going to do tomorrow.
