Gal 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
KJV
We stand today on the edge of time, at the end of an age, listening for the sound of the trumpet that will rapture the believer in Christ out of this world. It amazes me how few professing Christians seem to know or question that fact. But it was the same when the fulness of time came that our verse this morning is pointing to. The Jews should have known it was the time the Messiah would come into this world. Looking at the book of Daniel one can see that the fulness of time was made known. No, not the date, the hour, but the season of time in which the Messiah would come into the world. But they were unaware of His coming at that time just like so many seem unprepared for His coming in the clouds today. Do you realize this morning that we are living on the edge of time? If not, read your Bible and see for yourself. If that answer is yes then why are we not doing more for the Lord as our time in this world comes to an end?
