Gen 1:1-5 In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
KJV
This is the first day of a new month, how will you begin June today? June holds little promise for the United States of America. Look at what is happening across our land and there is little unity and little hope for any. All we can see on the news is hate and destruction. There is little promise as far as this pandemic is concerned. Even as most try and get past it the news tells of doom and destruction. The economy is in a shambles. What hope do we have, can we have? Let this day, let this month begin the same way creation did, with God. Spend some time with God today, spend some time in His Word, some time in prayer, spend time with God. What you will find is that God will give you exactly what He gave on that first day, light.
