Ps 126:5-65 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
Who are the ones going forth bearing precious seed today? Or should I ask where are the ones? We know hat as born again believers we have something to tell the world, tell the lost, something to say to a world that is lost and headed to hell, something to tell people that they need. Yet the church has lost its burden for the lost, the Christian has lost any desire to tell others about Christ. Few people are getting saved today, few people begin to attend church, few people have interest in this things of God today, and one big reason is that few are being told. The church has grown cold today and the Christian indifferent to the needs of the lost. It is seen in the church being involved in every and any social event. Relay for Life, fund raisers for the communities, American Heart Association and on and on we go. Nothing wrong with those things. But instead of walking miles to dight a disease which will kill a body why not hand out a gospel tract that may lead one to Jesus who can save a soul for eternity? Where are those bearing precious seed?
